Noise Survey
We measure the existing ambient noise near potential wind turbine sites and estimate the noise levels expected after installation of wind turbines.
A range of services from wind resource assessment, feasibility study, to wind turbine maintenance
In assessment of wind power projects implementation, a detailed study of high-altitude wind conditions at the prospective construction site is essential. By installing a 40m or higher meteorological mast at the actual candidate site and measurement of wind speed and direction for one year, allow to make an accurate simulation of power generation and assess the suitability of wind turbines. We offer wind resource assessment services using inhouse-manufactured mast and equipment.
Komaihaltec offers feasibility studies of wind turbine installation, including wind condition simulations and power generation calculations based on wind resources.
Prior to the construction of wind turbines, we conduct a detailed wind condition analysis, known as wind resource assessments, by physically observing the actual wind conditions at potential construction sites and analyzing the collected data. Utilizing the data obtained from wind monitoring, we perform wind condition simulations to narrow down suitable locations for turbine construction in the vicinity of the observation site and estimate an annual power generation.
To smoothly implement wind power projects, it is crucial to assess the extent of environmental impact in advance and all necessary measures to adapt plans and minimize possible affect. Our company is capable of conducting noise surveys, landscape assessments, electromagnetic interference studies, and more.

We analyze the effect from installation of wind turbines on the landscape by simulating from which areas wind turbines will be visible, kind of viewshed analysis (See the reference image is on the left).
At Komaihaltec, we offer long-term maintenance services to our customers. Leveraging our experience and expertise in blade manufacturing, we can deliver blade repair services for large wind turbines of other manufacturers.
Based on a 20-year maintenance plan, regular inspections and routine maintenance are performed every six months to keep wind turbines in appropriate condition. Installed turbines are remotely monitored from our Osaka office, enabling swift responses in case of errors or other issues.
Utilizing our experience and expertise in blade manufacturing, we can deliver blade repair services for non-Komaihaltec and large wind turbines. Contact us for further inquiries.
